How does Dijin protect my privacy?
Dijin is the Memory Layer, it receives the memory you save, which syncs across your devices. Delete your data anytime from settings.
What languages are supported?
Dijin works across the languages your memory sources do, segments are stored as text regardless of language, and answers come back grounded in the source content.
How accurate are the answers?
Every answer is grounded in evidence (cite-or-refuse). The kernel either returns a claim with its source citations or an honest refusal, it never invents. Accuracy depends on the source content, not on a Dijin-side model guessing.
Can I use Dijin offline?
Recall queries run against the cloud-canonical projection graph. Cloud Intelligence is the consent boundary for three discrete operations: extraction (plaintext processed ephemerally by the cloud worker), projection write (claims and evidence persist server-side), and retrieval ranking (server resolves citations). Turning it OFF halts all three; turning it ON consents to all three. Recall is then limited to claims already stored; owner-attested citation text is decrypted on your device when shown.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your device, select Dijin, and choose "Cancel Subscription". Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Can I export my memory?
You can export your memory in multiple formats, including PDF, DOCX, TXT, JSON, and Markdown, depending on your workflow.
What about consent and data laws?
Dijin is the Memory Layer, it receives memory from the sources you explicitly connect (AI clients via MCP, or connected apps via DMF segment). You control what each source shares.
How do I share a memory with someone?
You can share your owner-signed DMF archive (cross-AI portable). Team-tier subscribers can grant shared-memory access to other seats.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
All tiers include cite-or-refuse, DMF export, and the Cloud Intelligence toggle. Plus adds Daily Memory Processing budget; Pro adds Long-Term Memory + MCP API for AI clients; Team adds Shared Memory + SSO + audit-log export.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app, or from the web dashboard. This will permanently remove all your data within 30 days. If you need immediate deletion, contact our support team.

Troubleshooting

Memory queries returning empty

  1. Check that at least one source is connected. Dijin ingests the memory you save from connected sources
  2. Ensure you have a stable internet connection (required for initial setup)
  3. Try restarting the app
  4. Make sure your device has enough storage space

Answers feel off or evidence is sparse

  1. Connect more sources so Dijin has memory to ground on
  2. Verify that source ingestion is producing claims (check Recall → Sources rail)
  3. Make sure Cloud Intelligence is ON so your memory is extracted
  4. Ensure you've selected the correct source language

Cloud sync not working

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Verify you're signed in to your account
  3. Ensure cloud sync is enabled in Settings → Sync
  4. Try signing out and back in

App crashing or freezing

  1. Update to the latest version of Dijin
  2. Restart your device
  3. Check for iOS/macOS updates
  4. If the issue persists, contact support with crash logs
