Dijin Teknoloji Limited Şirketi is the data controller responsible for processing your personal data.
Your Rights Under KVKK (Article 11)
Processing details
If your personal data has been processed, you may request information regarding the processing.
Processing purpose
You may learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in accordance with its purpose.
Third-party transfers
You have the right to know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, domestically or abroad.
Right to correction
You may request correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately.
Right to deletion
You may request deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions stipulated by law.
Right to notification
You may request that correction or deletion operations be notified to third parties to whom your data has been transferred.
Right to object
You may object to outcomes arising exclusively from automated analysis of your processed data that are to your detriment.
Right to compensation
You may claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of your personal data.
Data processed and purposes
- Email address, account creation and authentication
- Text-based memory only. Dijin is the Memory Layer
- Source text, cloud sync at user's discretion
- Device identifiers, license management and security
- Coarse location, language and timezone detection
Data retention periods
Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes of processing. Upon account deletion request, all your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
How to submit a request
To exercise your rights under KVKK, follow these steps:
- Send your request via email to [email protected].
- Include your full name, Turkish ID number (if applicable), and clearly state your request.
- Your identity will be verified before processing your request.
- Your request will be resolved free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
Requests are resolved within 30 days at the latest. If the process requires additional cost, fees determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
Personal Data Protection Authority
If your request is rejected, the response is insufficient, or no response is received within the deadline, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning the response, and in any case within 60 days of the application date.
