Dijin acts as a data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). This page explains your rights under KVKK and how to exercise them.
Dijin Teknoloji Limited Şirketi is the data controller responsible for processing your personal data.
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed.
If your personal data has been processed, you may request information regarding the processing.
You may learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in accordance with its purpose.
You have the right to know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, domestically or abroad.
You may request correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately.
You may request deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions stipulated by law.
You may request that correction or deletion operations be notified to third parties to whom your data has been transferred.
You may object to outcomes arising exclusively from automated analysis of your processed data that are to your detriment.
You may claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of your personal data.
Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes of processing. Upon account deletion request, all your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
To exercise your rights under KVKK, follow these steps:
Requests are resolved within 30 days at the latest. If the process requires additional cost, fees determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
If your request is rejected, the response is insufficient, or no response is received within the deadline, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning the response, and in any case within 60 days of the application date.
