Dijin provides memory, translation, structured notes, insights, and context capabilities across supported environments.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for account security and lawful use under your organization or personal profile.

• Keep credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access.
• Provide accurate registration and billing information when required.
• Use only authorized methods to access APIs and platform features.

3. Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans and renewals are managed via applicable billing channels. Plan features, limits, and pricing are defined in the active commercial offer.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Dijin for unlawful, abusive, or security-compromising activity.

• Do not process conversations without required legal consent.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls or platform limits.
• Do not use the service to distribute harmful or prohibited content.
• Do not reverse engineer or attack product infrastructure.

6. Intellectual property

Dijin retains rights to platform technology and branding. You retain ownership of your content, subject to the limited processing rights required to operate the service.

7. Service limits and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited according to the applicable service agreement and governing law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for material violations, security risk, or legal necessity. You may discontinue use and request closure according to account workflows.

9. Governing law

These terms are interpreted under applicable law and any controlling service contract between you and Dijin.
